Report: Spears can visit her kids againPosted on February 22, 2008 from Staff Reports
Los Angeles Court Commissioner Scott Gordon has agreed to let pop star Britney Spears visit her two young sons in a therapeutic setting, TMZ.com said Friday.
The report on the entertainment news Web site said Kevin Federline, Spears's ex-husband and the father of her children, supported the decision to allow Spears to see their boys again.
The pop singer's father, Jamie Spears, and her psychiatrist are required to be present during Spears's visits with her sons, however, TMZ.com said.
Britney Spears, 26, hasn't seen her children in more than a month. She was hospitalized for psychiatric treatment twice in January and was stripped of her visitation rights after she refused to return the children to their father at the end of a supervised visit.
Federline has since had sole temporary physical and legal custody of the boys.
